The hired resource is officially our employee hired on our Payroll and we are the Principal employer for him. However for all practical purposes, he is a dedicated resource to work for you full time just like any of your other full time employees. As said, we manage all liabilites & logistics while you focus on the work. |
Absolutely not. Since he is our Employee officially you do not carry any baggage of Employment related liabilities towards him. Just make us timely payments for the Services and focus on your work while we manage all the compliances & logistics being the employer. |
Thats you or the Client. Since the hired resource will work under direct reporting and supervision of the Client & will work as per the instructions and directions of the Client, The on-the-job performance & productivity of the Employee will be monitored and evaluated by the Client. However, will provide all the necessary help and support in case of non performance, to the extent possible, to the Client and the Employee, provided the Client informs about the non-performance of the Employee in a timely manner with sufficient details. |
An Employee will work for an average of 8.30 hours per day, 5 days a week excluding lunch time of 30 mins. Total shift time will be 9 Hours per day. |
The Employee will be eligible for 10 paid Holidays and 24 paid leaves (PTO) per annum. Holidays will be a mix of 6 Indian and 4 US Holidays. Client will pay for the Holidays while we pay for the paid leaves (PTO). The Holiday calender will be shared at the begining of our engagement. |
We prefer a 9 Hours shift between 9 AM - 10 PM IST to overlap with the shift hours of the Client. However, we can arrange for a Resource as per specific shift timings or time zones as desired by the client. However, the shift timings needs to be specified at the time of sharing the requirements as it may be difficult to change them later unless the employee agrees. |
Employees working from office are required to punch in using the Biometric system which is connected to the HRMS software. Employees working from home are required to directly punch in to the HRMS software. |
Whatever way you like it to be. Let us know before the resource is hired. However, we recommend WFH option as you get access to a much larger talent pool spread all across India. However, please be mindful that changing the work mode later will require consent of Employee and may come with additional costs associated. |
Yes. However it depends on the comfort level of employee. Under existing law employees can be required to work for extra 50 hours in a quarter or 2 hrs per day subject to overtime payments which is double the normal hourly charge. |
Let us know your requirements, share with us a Job description and other related details, pay us a Kick start amount which is 10% of the tentative monthly service charge for the resource to be hired. This amount is fully adjustable against first month's invoice for the hired resource.
No. The 10 % Kick start amount that you pay is fully adjustable or refundable as the case may be, against the first month's invoice.
From the time the payment is made to Kick start the sourcing and selection, we take a maximum of 30 days to get the resource selected. Once the resource is selected the joining time depends upon the Notice period of the resource which he needs to serve to his existing employer, which could be anywhere from 30 to 60 days typically. However, we will try to get the resource join earlier by offering him a Notice period buyout or an early Joining bonus. The moment a resource is selected and offered, we ask for the accepted resignation letter by his current employer to be submitted to us within 3 days to ensure that he is serious about joining us and not merely offer shopping.
We refund the Kick start amount. However, we do expect full cooperation from the client in terms of his availability and prompt response since he will be part of the recruitment and selection process and take the interviews and give the final nod to hire.
Yes, we work on a Pre-paid model and the balance 90% of the monthly service charge needs to be paid by the Client before the Offer of Employment is made to the selected resource.
If the selected resource does not join on the Start date or backs out earlier, we will ensure that a replacement resource is selected and offered within 20 days of such backout or drop out else the entire amount is fully refundable. However, we do expect full cooperation from the client in terms of his availability and prompt response since he will be part of the recruitment and selection process and take the interviews and give the final nod to hire.
We charge a Notice Period Security deposit which is an amount equivalent to the notice period duration/days, as agreed upon between us and Client at the time of hiring of the resource for the termination of employment of resource post-confirmation, regardless of whether the resource is under probation or confirmed. Generally, the Notice Period duration is 15/30 days during Probation and 30/60 days after confirmation. |
If the hired resource leaves before completion of 1 month of service, then we will ensure that a replacement resource joins within 50 days, else the monthly service charge balance amount for the remaining days for which the hired resource does not work, will be fully refundable along with the entire security deposit.
We charge it to safeguard ourselves against any payment delays and to continue providing the services during the Notice period duration.
Yes. As per law, for Female employees working from office between 7 PM – 6 AM IST the Employer needs to provide free transport back to home. We charge USD 250 Per month for the Cab charges per Female employee who is working during above mentioned timings from office.
Of course. After all he is your employee for all practical purposes. And yes, we don’t charge any commission or cut out of it. Whatever you pay goes directly to his account.
We charge a yearly Continuity benefit for every completed year for which the hired resource works for you. It is a nominal charge equal to half of the monthly billing per year of continuous service. This is payable to the employee at the time of separation subject to certain terms and conditions.
We screen and source the resources/candidates to be hired as per your requirements. You interview, evaluate and finalize them and give us the go ahead to hire them on our payroll to work for you. You are in full control of the selection process. |
Absolutely not. The 10% Kick start amount that is charged is adjustable against the first month's invoice. |

Just let us know and we will arrange for that on chargeable basis. And it will remain your property since you paid for it. Be it any software licenses, hardware etc. whatever you need. |
Yes, but only after 3 years of the termination of entire agreement with us. This also applies to any resource/candidate which was sourced by us during the recruitment and selection process for your consideration but not selected by you. |
Yes. We verify the compensation details of the selected resource, as claimed during the selection process, before extending a formal offer of employment. This is done by requesting the resource to submit his last three months' salary slips along with corresponding bank statements to validate the claims. After joining, we conduct a Background Verification (BGV) of the hired resource through a BGV vendor. This verification covers the resource's current physical address and HR verification from his last two employers. |
We provide BGV reports (excluding compensation details) to the Client in the event of a major discrepancy (negative verification) or upon Client's request. The compensation details, both current and past, of the hired resource are not disclosed to the Client, as doing so may negatively impact our business. |
A BGV vendor hired by us conducts the Verification and we pay for the standard checks.
Of course. Just let us know the additional background checks you may want to conduct for the hired resource and we will ask the verification vendor to do the same. The charges for any additional checks will be borne by you.

Ofcourse, after all he is your dedicated employee for all practical purposes and you will be responsible to provide any Product related training, Technical training or Knowledge transfer to the hired resource to get him going. |
There is no minimum term of Agreement. We enter into a monthly rolling contract without any lock in period. The Agreement shall automatically renew at the end of each month unless terminated as defined in the Agreement. |
To terminate the services of a hired resource, just give us an advance notice for the days which have been mutually agreed between us at the time of hiring of the said resource to terminate his services.
The entire service agreement shall be deemed to be fully terminated when the Client has discontinued or terminated the services of all the hired resources individually, which are engaged by him and has formally notified us of his intention to cease availing any services in future.
All the Employees are required to sign a stringent Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality undertaking for the information pertaining to the Client and the Employer at the time of joining. |
All the Employees are required to sign a stringent IT and Data security undertaking at the time of joining. |
Yes we do. Our standard service agreement has clause for Mutual Confidentiality and Non Disclosure of information which is binding on both the parties i.e. you and we. |
No. The Service charge includes all the Taxes levied on us by the competent government.
Yes. A minimum of 10% upward revision per annum effective 1st of April each year to mitigate the effects of price Inflation and provide annual increments to the Employees. This will be calculated on Pro rata basis for Clients availing the services in mid-year. The upward revision may be requested by us earlier if there is significant fluctuation in exchange rate.
The payments to be made via Wire Transfer to our Bank Account.
Incase of any disputes we go for Arbitration. The seat and venue of Arbitration is Delhi and Laws of India are applicable. The Courts at Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction. |
